When your under performance tab, in the view menu there's an option to show one graph per cpu or one graph for both cpu...

Asus P4P800DX, P4C 2.6ghz@3.25ghz, 2X512 OCZ PC4000 3-4-4-8, MSI 6800Ultra stock, 2X30gig Raid0

It just says one graph per cpu, there is no other option.

also did some digging around and found a post xp sp2 hotfix for dual core cpu's and performance problems. Which did seem to improve performance, but it still shows as one CPU, looked in BIOS nothing in there to enable.

Are we certian a Dual core cpu should show as two CPU's under Taskmanager. seen this post but its refering to AMD cpus

http://forums.amd.com/lofiversion/index.php/t51584.html

and that does have two options in task manager

Did a BIOS upgarde last night as mine was one version behind current release.

The new BIOS supports more CPU's and now task manger shows up as two CPU's and the machine seems to be running a bit quicker.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions.
