Hello All!
I Have recently bought a new ( Claims to be) DX58SO2 motherboard as a replacement for my XPS-435MT system. Most of the components have been replaced in the system so the motherboard is the final step. The hardware is as follows: CPU: i7-920 PSU: EVGA 500w GPU: XFX GT430 and 8 Gigs of Ballistix Sport. My problem is that the board will not boot to POST when I press the on-board power button two LEDs light up, a light blue and a red and all the fans spin at max RPM. If anyone can help me to diagnose the problem I will be forever grateful.
