intel dz68bc error 15

just bought intel dz68bc motherboard. pc wont start. all mobo lights are on, cpu fan, graphics fans all on. no signal on monitor. getting three beeps three second break then repeated over and over when starting up. i am getting error code 15 on the mobo led. under manual 15 =Exit early platform init driver. kindly assist with fix
proceesor i7 3770k ram 2* adata ddr3 1333(9) 4gx16 u-dimm
