Hi there. I dont usually ask for help when it comes to overclocking but this one has me totally stuck.
Im using the e6420 stock 2.13 cooled with an OCZ vanquisher cooler.
Im using a Gigabyte GA-73VM-S2 with a Geforce 7050 Chipset. The bios is Award F3. Im also usinga single stick of 2GB OCZ Reaper X 800MHz Ram.
I cant get the processor to clock past 2.7GHz on the settings shown below. 2.8 crashes after 5 mins and anything above that the system wont even boot.
I have also tried 1:1......same effects
Any help would be appreciated.
