Intel EXPI9301CTBLK Driver?

Hi,

My friend bought this network adapter: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833106033&cm_re=ethernet_card-_-33-106-033-_-Product

I can't seem to find the Windows 7 64-bit driver for this because he is having issues. Every time he downloads games on steam, any game, the download will begin, then go down to 0 bytes/sec and his PC will hang until we terminate the download. Anything involving downloading, updating freezes his PC. I want to see if I can get him the latest driver since the ones he are using are from Windows Update.
