[SOLVED] Intel extreme tuning utility I7-3770k

I bought a I7-3770k and installed it on my dell motherboard (dell optiplex 7010). So I can’t not use any bios to overclock, however, I was supposed to be able to use multipliers in intel extreme tubing utility to add to my multiplier.... but it won’t allow me to change it!

I figured the fact it was an “unlocked” cpu, it would be possible.

As far as I'm aware, XTU cannot override the limitation of not having a Z-series mobo. The handful of links I visited from a google search corroborated this.
