I was think about overclocking so I installed some apps, upon installing Intel's ETU I noticed that the Turbo Boost Short Power Max is really high and the Turbo Boost Power Time Window is really low compared to the video I watched.

all you need to do is put the core multis up to whatever you want, lets say all 45 with a voltage at 1.23v with core voltage mode at adaptive and wallah, you can go from there.

adaptive voltage means that while idle, the cpu drops to its lowest power which is around 0.88v i believe.

ps your settings are fine, i had a 4690k and they were the exact same as yours.
