I have not used the program for much more than a status check. I do however want to have a little overclocking fun. Nothing major. I just reloaded the program for my i5 4690K chip. What I am wanting to do is use someone elses profile to add 2%...5%...to maybe even 10% overclock settings. I ask this as I can sit and do some research and make sure its fine, but if someone has a safe setting or two for me to compare on my system, all the better. My pc runs nice and cool and is primarly a gaming machine that is more than capable.

Intel i5 4690k
8 gigs HyperX @ stock speeds (but is overclockable)
EVGA gtx 960 SSC @ stock speeds

My pc is homebuilt running 8.1 and extremely stable. I just want to have some fun and see what I can do without much harm.

Thank you group.

Solution
Just do it in the BIOS, these software programs are generic and generally set voltages higher than needed. Simply go into the BIOS set your CPU voltage to an offset of + 0.10 then start raising your CPU multiplier (maybe start at 42 and then head up, checking for stability as you go
