Intel G3258 overclock

Hello,

About a year back I bought a prebuild system and I changed a lot to it. At this point I have a complete new system and the old prebuild one.

In the prebuild was a I7-4770 (non K) which is now removed and replaced with a G3258. I want to overlock the G3258 just a little (Around 4GHz). I tried in the BIOS but the OC is locked.

The mobo is a MS-7848 ver 1.0 (From a Medion, that's correct) and the cpu is a G3258 as stated before. I can't find anything on the mobo and I would like to overclock.

Is someone able to provide me more info on the mobo or how to overclock?

Thats an H87 chipset, you arent going to be doing any OCing.
Might I ask why you went from a 4770 to a 3258?

Damn, I have the I7-4770 in my main system while the G3258 is now a backup, but I want to OC it to get a little more performance..
Seems like a now go then :/
