Intel G3260 3.3 GHz VS Intel Core i3-5005u

Dekstop:
Intel G3260 Dual Core 3.3 GHz
GT710 (in the title it says 710 but in details it says 610 wtf?)
4 GB RAM DDR3 (also have 4gb ddr and both of em are 1600 mhz can i use them both?)
500 GB HDD (also have another drive 500 gb with win10 installed as os?_
Laptop:
Intel Core i3-5005u
4 GB DDR3 RAM (same question?)
GF920M
1000GB HDD (same here?)

Can one of these PC's run gta 5 or some of the newer games at least lowest settings possible 800x600 or smt.

About the confusion with the GPU name, use some sys info tool like AIDA64 or Piriform Speecy, and see how they detect it.

You should try inserting those other 4GB of Ram (if they are the same sticks it should work fine, if not you might try tweaking RAM settings in BiOs), in both Pc and laptop.

Even though both GPUs are quite low end, you should be able to run GTAV with all the settings at the lowest at lowest resolution.

And also im asking in orded of buying one of these so i can't quite check about the gpu.

Or already upgraded your pc, because it's been quite some time.
