Intel Gaming Build

I am planning on building a PC to game on as well as everything else. I have heard that I should get an Intel CPU an AMD GPU. Moving from console gaming, I am planning to play games like League of Legends and Battlefield 4. I want to keep a budget of under $700 I do not have a copy of windows so please keep that in mind. Can anyone give me suggestions on parts that might work best in my situation?
