a gaming setup low budget currently im looking at a intel pentium 2.8 dual core but i need suggestions

well i got a better idea i will just build a new rig with the amd a8 5600k and 4gb of ram then upgrade to 8

Amds apus are better than Intel's igpu option...but it's still crap honestly . do yourself a favor and save up another 150 dollars and get a fx 6300 and a 750ti or r9 270

i cant...i live in mexico and prices arent soo nice....its in pesos not dollars...my budget is 4000 pesos=360 dollars
i already -ave windows 8, screen, keyboard, and mouse and speakers
