[SOLVED] Intel Graphic Command Center Is same as Intel Graphics Control Panel?

Hey, My lap has i5 10210u cpu, it only has intel graphics command center installed, i wonder if it is same as the intel graphics control panel, coz i dont get that option "intel graphics" when i right click on desktop, and it is kinda different than intel graphics control panel as ive seen in older laptops...
