Intel graphics disabled from bios No display

I mistakenly turned off intel graphics from bios. Now can't see anything in my monitor.Its blank no signal. Cant reset bios cant do anything cz cant see anything.

NB: Gigabyte H81m-S2PV
No dedicated graphics card.
Help plz!!!

Reset the CMOS by removing the battery... let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then put back the CMOS battery. That should reset your BIOS to its default state.
