Intel HD 2500 vs AMD HD 5450 1 GB?

Made some tests on my core i3 3240 on ECS H61H2-M2 v1.0 and on all benchmarks the Intel get about 25 to 75% better, everyone sayed that AMD are better? Who should I trust?

I get on gpu bench 26 fps for radeon and 31 fps for intel
