intel hd 3000 are going nuts

intel hd 300 is acattuly nuts sense before 4 years my bro was able to play black ops 1 and 2 60 frames with the intel hd non video card 3000 but now i cant reach 20 frames in a game called payday 2 with the lowest mod and settings can anyone please tell how to fix this redacted?

Honestly you're going to have to construct your sentences a little better than that. Our primary mode of communication is via text and the language used is English.

That being said, the Black Ops game's engine is not the same as PayDay 2's game engine. It's also stated on their Steam page that the minimum requirements ask for a discrete GPU from AMD or Nvidia. So I'm not exactly sure what you're ranting about.

maybe but i mean that blaack ops is having great graphics not like payday 2 and that doesnt make sense but if i used ver. 2015 black ops games or anygame?
