I've got an ultrabook with an i5-3317u and Intel HD 4000.
In other games it stays at 900-1050mhz, I've got all settings to performance so that shouldn't be the problem.
When I run battlefield bad company 2 I get clock rates at either 350mhz or 650mhz sometimes it spikes a little higher for a second, or half-second. I get 15-25 fps with these clocks but I want to know why it isn't clocking up to 1050? It seems I could be getting up to 35-40fps (much more playable).
I have no idea how these GPUs work and not sure if its something like a missing/bad profile? really no idea where to go from here... It seems people can run it on their hd 4000s at 30-40fps on youtube....
