Intel HD 4400?

Hey! I do gaming with games such as: Minecraft, Garry's Mod, TF2,
Smite, games like that. Mostly
on Steam.

I'm buying a new computer that's in my budget (700). Info is:
- Intel HD 4400 Graphics
- 8 GB DDR memory
- 1.7 GHz Intel i.5 processor 3mb cache
- 1TB hard drive

Will this handle all of these games easily with NO lag??

Yes they will all work. You may or may not have lag but that will be down to your internet connection. Most source games have low requirements and you will get playable fps
