Hi Tom's Hardware,
On many sources from which I have read from (Such as notebookcheck.net and laptoping.com) the Integrated Intel 520 Graphics Card is supposed to clock up to 1000MHz on my i5-6200U (1050MHz on i7-6500U).
However, on my laptop the card only goes up to 950MHz. I am unable to change this setting in the BIOS, Intel XTU, or any overclocking utility.
Would acer (my manufacturer) be turning the dials down a bit deliberately? I don't see why, because it is a 15 inch notebook.
I would like to change the clock to 1GHz because I do care about the actual frame or two. (I also wouldn't mind having the 3 digit clock upped to a 4 digit one )
I am using latest BIOS, and display drivers.
System:
15.6" Acer Aspire F5-572G-595M
Intel Core i5-6200U
Intel HD 520 and GeForce 920M
Samsung 850 Pro 500GB
8GB DDR3 L RAM
