intel hd 520 vs amd R5 m330 2gb

i know both are worst for gaming but if compared which one is better then ohter my laptop can play gta5 (30-40) fps but i want to know should i disable amd grphics for better performance

the amd graphics will be better then integrated intel.
If it was not any better then integrated graphics then there would be no point in the OEM putting in your laptop to begin with.
