intel hd 530 vs gtx 750

Which one is better? I want to buy a new PC with an i3 6100 CPU for office work.
I will play Sims 4. Does HD 530 enough for this game?

The HD 530 graphics are roughly equivalent the the GTX 730, which is listed as a supported card for Sims 4.
