I have dell inspiron i3 with intel hd graphics 3000.. heavy games run slow on it... what should i do... and tell me if i can download any graphics card or driver from internet for playing heavy games... plz help

so my laptop is dell inspiron N4050 with Intel i3 processor 2.0ghz and has Intel graphics hd3000

Unless you can place an add in graphics card, there's nothing you can do. The Intel HD3000 isn't meant for games.

There is no download that can assist. You can get a PCI card to improve gaming performance. You can either DIY or take your computer back to Dell and have them install one.

When you say "Heavy Games", by that what do you mean??? And as said already, the HD3000 is really just for HD YouTube vids, or playing Blu-Ray and even those are are a push.
If you want to play proper games, like BF3, Skyrim, Assassin Creed e.t.c. you will need a "Dedicated" graphics card.

Can you be more specific on Dell model, not just processor.
Since you have Dell, general rules do not apply, also depending on your model power supply might be standard or proprietary, so, if you need help please help us.

model please, and if possible, open side panel and check power supply wattage.

Lower graphic settings to as low as possible. It can play some non-demanding games ok, but it is really not able to play any "heavy games".

That is why it is important to state the model in the first place.
Laptop computers have limited space for upgrade. Thus the video card upgrade will not be possible on this computer. The computer has a in-built video card. It is Integrated on system board. Thus adding a new video card on this computer will not be possible.
You cannot upgrade the internal video in any way.

Dell ships AMD Radeon HD 7450M card (embedded into motherboard) as an additional graphics card with this system model. If you wish to upgrade to a discrete graphics card, a complete motherboard replacement will be required.

Unfortunately no, video card or more correctly saying video chip is hardwired, soldiered to motherboard, like a transistor.
