Intel HD Graphics 4000 vs. GeForce 8400GS

I'm buying a PC with this setup:
Intel Core i3 2,80 GHz
4GB DDR3
And it comes with an Intel HD Graphics 4000, but i have an old 8400GS in here. I want to know if it's best to maintain the HD 4000 or install the 8400GS.

The Intel HD Graphics for sure as the 4000 runs equal to a Geforece 8600 and is a newer chipset.

If your specs are correct, the only i3 that runs at 1.80 GHz is a mobile chip. You probably won't be able to upgrade graphics if it is a mobile chip.
Even if you could upgrade your gpu, the 8400GS is slower than the much newer HD 4000.
