dude I am using intel I3-3110m 2.40GHz and ram is 2 GB please help

No, no, and definitely not.
You need, at minimum, an i5 processor, 6 GB of RAM, and a GPU with 2 GB of memory.
Recommended setup is an i7, 8 GB of RAM, and a 3 GB GPU.
There's only a small percentage of laptops that can run this game, and they're all built for high performance gaming.
