GPUs and IGPs do not translate into "GBs" - even more so with IGPs where the IGP has access to however much system memory as the drivers will allow and applications may request.

System memory also does not compare to the GDDR5 usually found on discrete GPUs.

To answer your question in simpler terms - it depends on how much 'gb' of 'RAM' your computer has. It looks like Intel HD Graphics 4400 will use up to 1792 mb, or 1.75 gb. You will need at least 4 gb of system 'RAM' to max this out.
