recently i have buyed a new pc.....i want to ask if intel hd graphics are good for gaming or not......

"definitely not" is too hard. Gaming in low to mid quality detail is possible at +30fps, but depends on the game you wanna play.

Which processor is it?

Not really, even with an i5 4210u my workstation laptop performs better, and at 720p all lowest settings it struggles to run Gmod at 30fps.
The only game it can really run well is League at med-low 60fps 1080p, I also played Bastion on it just fine.
Given HD510 is worse than HD 4400, I wouldn't say it's very good at all.

No, the HD510 is not good for gaming, but it´s possible to play some games well, most won´t run smooth or will lag though.

As i mentioned, can only play source games cranked down, a few weak demand indie titles or League really provided its a dual core.
