Intel HD Graphics 610 Two monitors

Hello, I have installed the latest version of the HD Graphics 610 and I'm trying to connect a second monitor. My motherboard has one VGA port, where I have connected my main 22 inch monitor and It also has a DVI port. The second monitor doesn't have a DVI port so I bought a DVI to VGA converter. I connected them but neither Windows nor HD Graphics control panel detect the second monitor. I have tried reinstalling drivers but nothing. Can someone please give me some advice If I'm doing something wrong.

You may have to enable this from BIOS first. Then try to set up multiple monitors from Windows.

I actually found some settings for Multi Monitor that BIOS had but problem not solved.
