Intel HD Graphics 630 vs Nvidia Geforce GT 710 2gb ddr3 ?!

Hi,

I saw a new Dell desktop model Vostro 3668 that has an intel i5 7400 CPU,
and also a Nvidia Geforce GT 710 2gb ddr3.

Does it make any sense?
Isn't the integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 better?

Vendors to that to sell a computer with Discrete graphics. Mostly to run more monitors by having more ports.
However the Intel HD 630 is about twice as fast.
