Intel HD Graphics 630

Solution
"Clearly not for gaming" you did not specify and people have certainly tried to turn far worse into a gaming computer so that is not a far-fetched assumption.

Yes the 730 will fit and work in your computer just fine.
With that said it will not improve graphics performance in any way.
You can get a DVI-HDMI cable to output HDMI video.

Thus the only valid reason to add this card is if you have it on hand and you need to output audio over HDMI.
1) Intel HD graphcis is built into your CPU so it does not have any video outputs.
The motherbaord it connects to has video outputs and that completley depends on the model of the motherbaord what it does and does not have

2)It supports it, but is going to only be a very marginal increase for gaming, and none at all for anything else.
If this is for gaming you will be much better off getting an i3 or Pentium G4560 plus a GTX 1050ti.
Also that PSU is very weak and medicore at best, if you want to ever put a half decent graphcis card in it, you need a better quality unit with around 500w (watts does not equal quality, a 550w Seasonic/Super flower is 100x better then a 850w Apevia (or similar junk brand).

Also your i5 7xxx might not be compatible with your H110 motheboard, at least out of the box.
The older 1xx series boards need a BIOS update to support 7xxx series CPUs. We are at the point where it is luck/chance whether you get a new stock of the board that had the update, or an old stock that does not. If you get an older one you are stuck because your BIOS wont boot with your unsupported CPU, and you cant upgrade the BIOS if it wont boot; thus you either have to buy a cheap supported CPU to flash the BIOS or pay to have a shop flash it.
