[SOLVED] Intel hd graphics being used through dedicated gpu?

I have my monitor plugged into an rx 470. When I use task manager or hw monitor it shows up as Intel hd graphics. The games are a laggy mess and I can't install Radeon drivers. Someone please help! Thx in advance.

Take a look in your motherboard bios and make sure that the graphics used is the RX470 and disable the onboard Intel graphics.
Remove any old graphic drivers with THIS and then try to install the latest AMD recommended drivers for your model.
