intel hd4600 or gt710 which is better?

I have a pc configuration:
intel i5-4440S 2.8GHz quadcore
gainward nvidia gt710 2gb
8gb ram
1tb hdd
gigabyte b85-d3hm motherboard
800w psu

my i5 has integrated hd4600 graphics

so which is better nvidia 710 or hd4600
currently using nvidia only
any answer will be appreciated

They are essentially the same.
GT710 has a passmark rating of 672.
HD4600 has a passmark rating of 710.

You could remove the GT710 and see if it makes a difference with what you do.

i will lose out the 2gb video memory though
one question more : am i bottlenecking my cpu performance using this card?

The main advantage of the 710 is that it supplies its own vram. As to the bottleneck, if you mean in games, yes both the HD graphics and the 710 will hold back your performance in most modern games.
