Intel heat high

Reinstalled stock cooler, temp running at static 54c, while in game near 100c... If I go into bios the temp just shoots up quickly... Help please. Thanks

Way too high temps. Did you clean old paste from both CPU and heatsink and apply new one? Are you sure the cooler is properly installed (it can't move at all if you try to move it)? Intel stock heatsinks have those stupid plastic legs that are fine at first install, but once you remove it and try to install second time, it is real puzzle how to set them properly.
