So I have a 200mbps internet plan, but I'm only getting a max download speed of 100mbps on my PC. I'm using a wired connection. Here's all the details...

1) I have a MSI B150A motherboard and the manual says the LAN port is 10/100/1000Mbps (so we're good there)

2) The motherboard NIC is Intel i219v which can supposedly support up to a gibabit connection

3) I set the network adapter Speed & Duplex to 1.0 Gbps Full Duplex

4) Windows settings says my link speed is 1000/1000 mbps

5) I'm using a cat6 Ethernet cable

6) My Netgear router supports 1Gbps

Here's the problem... In the motherboard BIOS the link speed cannot be set higher than "100 Mbps Full". 1000 Mbps is not even an option in the BIOS so I think it's something with my motherboard?
By the way, I did update the BIOS.

Would buying a new NIC card fix my problem?
