I bought these two to upgrade my old system.

My question is when I open Asrock support page it says i3-10105F got validated after a BIOS update. The BIOS version listed in there also the first BIOS update that board ever got. Will I be able to open BIOS to update it with USB with my 10105F if BIOS version is not updated to P1.40?

Here are the links:
https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B560M Pro4/index.asp#CPU

I checked the Asrock box but there isn't anything about BIOS version.

Thanks

You will not be able to change the bios feature without a cpu. Higher end boards might have that feature (called BIOS flashback or something similar)
To check the bios, you need to match the manufacturing date to the bios updates.
