hello can an intel i3 2100 work in a lga 1150 socket m/b????
these 1155,1150,1151 sockets are so confusing...........................

your CPU needs 1155 socekt so it wont work with 1150 socket.

What so confusing all you need to do is match CPU and motherboard socket and you are good to go

i kinda did a booboo,, i wanted to upgrade to the latest bios for my motherboard(foxconn H67M-V), and after it said to reboot,,,,it did,,,,and now wont start.
this m/b has the cpu i mentioned

Sorry to hear.
That is exactly why one should NOT update a bios unless it fixes a problem that is impacting you.

Best I can suggest is to read the motherboard manual on bios recovery or use google.

manual and google, nothing. sent an email to foxconn,,awaiting reply.
pffff, i guess i got too greedy. the pc comes on,,hums a bit(2 seconds) and off,,,,,,and this happens as a loop. even the power button has no effect.
