hey,my intel i3 530 is 22x multiplier,why on cpu id it is just 9 multiplier?andone knows it?

You probably have Speedstep enabled in BIOS. The processor will slow down when idle. That is normal.

That is normal for when the CPU is idle. If you put a load on it you'll see the multiplier (and clock speed) jump back up to where you expect it.
