Intel i3 7100 gtx 1060 Deus Ex performance issues

Hello, I've been trying to play the newest Deus Ex game, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and it just doesn't want to run properly. At the high graphics preset and 1080p it runs like 15-25 fps. I've seen videos of people playing it with a i3 6100 and a gtx 1060 or rx 470 having about the same settings (or even higher) and get 50-60 fps.

Any help?

Here's my rig: Asus Prime B250 Plus, Intel core i3-7100, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6gb, Corsair Vengeance 1x16gb 2400mhz ddr4



Edit : Apparently it was the MSAA setting that lagged it (turned it off and it ran smooth)

Is this the only game you are having performance issues with? Do you have your monitor plugged in to the motherboard or the GPU?

Sorry i forgot to mention, i have plugged my monitor to the graphics card and yes this is the only game I'm having performance issues.

What other games have you played?

I've played Overwatch, Rocket League, CS:GO etc which run smooth with good graphics and I use nzxt cam which also has an on-screen display that shows CPU and GPU temps, usage and memory/cache usage.
