Hello, i have MSI B75MA-P45 Motherboard, and i have the CPU I5 3570, i had bent socket pins but i have fixed them, but the pc turns on then off, my friend said me that i have fried my cpu because of bent socket pins is that true?
"Fried" the CPU is unlikely.... probably even impossible from bending pins alone.
I'd be more inclined to re-look at the pins.... chances are you haven't fully straightened them back out, and one of the damaged pins is mission critical.

It's really difficult to see damaged pins in a picture - but move your lighting around (or move the board around a light), you'll see different reflections on the pins that are misalligned.
Before you rush out & buy a new board, clear your CMOS.
What were you actually doing when you bent the pins?
i cleared CMOS few times, but i was fixing them with a needle, my dad bring this computer to me i have checked if everything was alright i had spare cpu the i5 3570 and i saw bent pins, and i was trying to fix them with a needle but the mobo doesn't work so i will buy the same mobo. And i hope it will work
The pc worked about a minute when i turned it on, then it shut off and it didnt turn on, i turned it on back again and there started the problem it powers on then off after a second and it loops
