Hello! I have a question about 4570 i5 temperatures, and Haswell temperatures in general.
I have an i5 4570 cpu (stock voltage, and frequency), with a hyper 212 evo cooler. My ambient temps are around 26-28 celsius. I am currently running prime95 (small fft) with the following results:
prime ran for 30 minutes:
cpu temp: 69c (max 69)
core 0: 67 (max 70)
core 1: 69 (max 70)
core 2: 68 (max 70)
core 3: 65 (max 67)
package: 69 (max 70)
I have installed the cooler first with a lot of thermal paste, but today I reseated it with much less (grain of rice). It had the same temperatures before reseating too. (maxed at 70).
I have also ran prime 95 blend test, it maxed around 59-61 celsius, but ran average 55-56 celsius.
Should I be concerned about these temps? Or remount the cooler again? (I considered it taking to a professional, because I am quite a noob assembling pc's).
Thanks in advance!
