I have done some research and I've figured out that the "S" in the model name means that it uses less power. Now, what I don't know is if its possible to overclock it even if it hasn't got the "K" mark? (If I've understood the whole thing, the k cpu's are the only ones able to be OC'd.) Sorry for my bad explanation but I really hope that someone has something to say so I know if its even possible to overclock the thing.

Solution
You understand things correctly. The S-suffix designate a low-power, 65W TDP processor that performs only slightly lower than the standard and -K models. They are, like the standard model i5-4590, locked and cannot be overclocked.

Oh well, at least I know now. Thanks for explaining
