Hey guys, questions in the title.

I've read a lot of threads about temps but i guess i'm a paranoid user myself.

I have 2 intakes, 1 infront, 1 at the side facing my GPU and 1 sizable exhaust fan at the back.

16gb of ram and ran RealTemp hoping to see the extra 8gigs take some degrees off.

Is 77c (with my AC on) under 100% CPU load worrying in the long run? I'll have to assume over the years the average temps will increase due to wear and tear.

These are my readings

On a side note Core 2 seems to be a show off, taking more shit than the others.

Was running a sensor test which puts the CPU to 100% to see how high my PC goes under heavy loads(according to the test it uses RAM to gauge as well) which should essentially take some weight off (just a shot in the dark here)

Using stock coolers for my processor and 2 1600 cooler master for intake & exhaust, a 1400 for front intake

Under 100% load, 77°C is a bit high, usually see around 70-75°C. This shouldn't be too much of an issue though since it's a couple degrees. Tests like these and running a CPU 100% definitely shortens life over time, but there's nothing abnormal with those readings.

Ah, duly noted, im assuming a bounce to 70-90% and back CPU usage as programs start is normal?

every since my old PC decide to toast itself to death i've become rather paranoid with temperatures/usage

Thanks for the reassurance! I feel wiser now

Makes sense :) Thanks again.
