Hey bros,so i'm going to upgrade my pc next month and i can't choose between these two options...should i get the intel i7 4790k with a gtx 980 or the i5 4690k with the gtx 980ti?so which one of these options is better for gaming and video editing since i'm doing both?i'm going to upgrade after 3 years...until then i want to play the latest games on a 1080p 60hz monitor with DSR at max settings @40+fps and video editing till i upgrade again so which one is better?the i5 with the gtx 980 ti or the i7 with the gtx 980?
Thx in advance bros :)

8 Dollars over and worth it by a lot. You get both i7 and a 980 Ti. You might have to fish around for parts then. I can change the build to make it cheaper since you do not live in USA. Give me a few min to do so.

For most situations the i5 and 980 ti combo will probably be better for gaming because there is not as much of a bottleneck between the cpu and gpu except in very cpu intensive games, but even then the difference will be marginal. If you do go with the i7 and 980 there will be a larger bottleneck between the cpu and gpu but you will have access to 8 threads, which may help with the video editing and will be more than enough for any game you trow at it.

well this pc is mostly for gaming i'm going to do video editing every nw and then but for the most part it's just gaming and i'm not going to oc nw but i will oc after 2 years for better performance
