I've Seen A Vid On Rx 460 And Intel i5 And It Ran Cs go AVG 175 fps On Ultra And On AVG What Would The AMD a10 7700k And RX 460 Run Cs go On Ultra Settings Roughly Do Better Or Worse? People Tell Me The Intel i5 6400 is better But is Only 2.7 GHz.

The 6400 is easily the more powerful CPU, which is why it costs quite a bit more.

That said, if you live near a MicroCenter, you can get a i5-6600k for only $200, just $10 more than Newegg sells the 6400 for. That's a much better deal, even though you have to buy a cooler. However MC also has the 6500 for $180, which comes with cooler. You save an additional $30 if you bundle it with MB.

Depends on what resolution and settings you play at, but I have seen several reviews for 1080p/high and they usually show around 150 FPS.

You'll get at least 120+ Fps with high settings and with high resolution! I used to play it on my old laptop and get 45-60 Fps with high texture quality and shadows, it's a light game.

The i5 is WAY stronger but you'll still need a video card to get those results.

Remember, if you are gaming on a 60 Hz monitor, you will never see more than 60 fps, no matter how fast the GPU is rendering frames.
