Intel i5 7500 100% cpu usage all the time yet performs normally

Before we start off, this PC is running windows 10.

In task manage it's shown that I have 100% cpu usuage and the biggest amount of that is the infamous WMI provider host. I've tried all the different methods to fix it but no matter what I do it's still there. Then in cpuid hardware monitor it doesn't even register that it's using all of it. The PC is working just as it normally would (gaming rig no problems in any game). This makes me think that everything is fine except for task manager showing incorrect statistics, it's still worries me so hopefully someone with more knowledge on the subject pops up around here.
