That's an absolute, 100% no. That motherboard is from over 10 years ago, I don't know how one could even think they would be compatible.

There's no 9600F, there is a 9400F & a 9600KF.

For the 9600KF you'll want a Z390 motherboard so you have the ability to overclock. For the 9400F you'll want a B360 or H370 with updated BIOS or a B365 board. You could use a Z390 board for the 9400F but since it's locked it's kind of pointless.

For either CPU you will need a dedicated graphics card as neither CPU has a iGPU.
