Intel i5...and what motherboard?

I want the i5 cpu and I'm looking for a nice motherboard that is compatible with my current parts. My budget right now is $300-320.

4690K is currently 180$ at micro center.
I'm using the same board,bios is nice and easy,will OC the CPU easily.

At the current pricing, the z97-a is a pretty good deal. It doesn't have as many power phases as other boards but it's typically $130-140 and at that price makes other boards with more features more competitive. At $92, it's a heck of a good value. If overclocking, the best bet is to read up on it a bit and overclock manually rather than through 'ez' options in the bios.
