Intel i5 haswell tray!? HELP!!

I been looking all over for the i5 4430 tray version since it's more cheap and i'm going to use a water cooling in my build, but i only got sites that don't look trustworthy and i'm not 100% sure about online shopping. Can any one tell me a website that ships to portugal (or sells in portugal) that is trustworthy and gives me a price around what's on intel website? (182$ for tray)
