Intel i5 integrated graphics?

Since some of the I5's have those integrated graphics does that mean I cant use my own graphics card?

No. The onboard video can be disabled in the bios; probably disables itself when you install the new card.

The thing is is that I already have my graphics card installed. I simply want to put a new motherboard in with the new CPU.
