Intel i5 Warranty

How long is the manufacture warranty on an i5 8600k? How much does it cover? If it is broken will I get a replacement? Date of purchase is 11/23/18.

Covers only manufacturer defects. No physical damage. No end user damage (IE overclocking)

Should be 3 year limited warranty. If something is wrong with it now I'm sure returning it is easy. I would assume most anything to go wrong with one later in the warranty would be the users or some other hardwares fault.
