Should I stop installlation and what is going on wrong

Cooler is Cooler master ma612 stealth argb

You can. The fan clips are GLUED onto the fans, covering the actual screw heads.

If not that, either the cooler is replaced, or CM support provides you with a reverse bladed Sickleflow.
Again, those arrows are not supposed to point towards each other.
